ERP Business Process Architect, Global

Responsible for business process modeling to implement client ERP systems. Designing, mapping and optimization of a business process architecture which balances central standardization with local flexibility for client ERP systems. Design and implement dynamic business process realization systems. 
Architect business process methodology, enabling structured working procedures and change management capabilities. Ensure effective process mapping and common terminologies. Create system interconnectivity between different modeling tasks, requirement management, general content management and the ERP application itself.  Ensure connection between business needs and implemented ERP solutions. Assist client with change management. Ensure employee buy-ins. 

Architect customized business process modeling systems using four-level hierarchy of Categories, Major Processes, Main Processes, and Processes to mirror ERP suite hierarchies. Ensure seamless integration of Main Processes and Processes with ERP transactions. Managing content through an integrated, collaborative and simple system, using a globally accessed shared repository (database) for managing the model, having consistent processes terminology, and deploying an  appropriate hierarchical modelling structure.

Develop Application road map to support business strategic goals. Recommend technology solutions to support key enterprise business processes. 
Interface with other groups in IT to source technology solutions for the business. Consider business goals and requirements and align solutions with the overall business and technology strategy when scoping and planning a project. Analyze the total impact on the organization when making or facilitating decisions. Conduct working sessions (research, analysis, design, status reviews, etc.) with peers, business partners and senior management.
 
Assist ERP team with delivery and Implementation decisions; defining application boundaries; functional and technical design; establishing technical standards; and overall system performance and scalability. Understand architectural structure of business and act as bridge between the enterprise business model and enterprise strategy on one side and the business functionality of the enterprise and ERP technology on another side. Align client business strategic objectives and tactical demands with ERP technology.

Help client define the set of strategic, core and support operational structures that transcend functional and organizational boundaries. Ensure the ERP solution is highly integrated into all logistics processes and business process management. Conduct analysis of the ERP solution and conception of a strategy for improvement.

Assist ERP team with implementation of ERP system. Full cycle: Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, Go Live and Support. Define, customize, test and document ERP/CRM/SCM systems. Create business process realization systems that incorporate userfriendly databases that connect seamlessly into actual ERP transactions.

Design a process for continuous business improvement of the ERP solution. Ensure all client ERP business processes run optimally in the compute infrastructure.  

REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Computer Science (or related experience).

Required Technical Skills:

5 + years work experience architecting business processes for ERP systems 

5 + years work experience providing functional expertise to confirm/develop business requirements 

5 + years work experience in one or more formal architecture frameworks such as FEAF, TOGAF, or Zachman 

5 + years work experience implementing ERP business processes. Full cycle: Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, Go Live and Support

5 + years work experience developing and maintaining systems documentation including business process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases  

5 + years work experience in complex project planning and execution using waterfall and agile techniques

5 + years work experience at understanding, analyzing, applying, and communicating abstract business process concepts

5 + years work experience understanding and developing business requirements and design solutions that meet or exceed those requirements

Desired Certifications:  Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP); Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
